The catalogue holds every case on the service: random sets, gloves, knives and chests, plus a free daily case. Cases differ by more than price — each card lists its items and their odds, so you can compare sets before opening anything.

Prices are in GoCoins and charged to your balance at the moment of opening; the item lands in your inventory straight away. The base case RTP is 90% — the average return of a set over distance, not a promise about any single opening.
